Our process

Design and Planning

After you contact us about your free estimate, we will reach out and ask a few more clarifying questions to ensure you get the best display for the money. These questions typically include your budget, color or style preference, and areas of your home to be decorated. While most estimates can be provided electronically, we may ask to visit your home or property in-person. This allows us get a better idea for the style of lighting that would fit your house and take measurements to provide a more accurate estimate.

Estimate

Once we have the basics covered, we will put together an estimate and send it to you. All of our estimates include a digital rendering of your home with the lights and decorations you have chosen.  You will be able to see what your house will actually look like with the display installed! If you choose to accept the proposal, simply let us know by signing the estimate and returning it along with the deposit. The deposit is usually 50% of the total package cost and allows us to schedule an installation date.

Installation and Maintenance

After the estimate has been accepted and the deposit paid, we will schedule a time to install your lights! Our  team installs displays beginning November 1st and going through December 15th. We use only the best quality lights and equipment to ensure you have no problems throughout the season! However, if a problem does arise, simply give us a call and we will send someone to fix it right away!

Removal and Storage

Beginning the first week of January, we will start removing displays. We typically contact you after December 15th to schedule a removal day. After the lights are removed, we will store them at our storage facility for use next year!

A: Currently, warm white roof and perimeter lighting have been in high demand. Additionally, wreaths and garland have been commonly requested this year. If you'd like more details or ideas tailored to your home, feel free to reach out to us!

A: Not at all! With Deck The Walls, you won't need to worry about storing the lights on your property. We own the lights, which helps us maintain cost-effectiveness. After the holiday season, we handle the storage of lights back at our own facility. This approach allows us to perform annual maintenance and ensure you receive the best possible lights and equipment during the holiday season.
